Personally, I think the eastern US states will generally work together, as they come from timelines where the USA is generally a nice, sane, democratic republic. Speculation on how this would turn out are welcome in the comments. Apart from the physics change, there are no changes to the rest of the world. All weird physics and magic is transferred over, so they work worldwide now. and other US territories remain in place only states are ISOT out. This does not include Americas where the Union won the first Civil War as OTL, because that would include too many scenarios. Every state in the Union is replaced with its territorial version from one of my scenarios which involve, in some way, an American civil war.
